Verification links expire after a while. If yours has, just request a fresh one.

Tap Forgot password? on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link. Open it on your phone, pick a new password, then log back in.

If the link says it's expired, request another — they're only valid for a short window.

Each game locks at its own kickoff, so if a game has already started you can't change that tip. Everything else in the round stays open.

If a tip vanished on a game that hadn't kicked off yet, let us know which round and which game and we'll take a look.

Get the invite code from whoever set it up, then enter it in the app under Ladders. You can be in up to three comps at once.

Joining partway through a season starts you on the comp average rather than dead last.

Results come through from a third-party match data feed and can take a little while to land after full time. If something still looks off an hour after the game, tell us the round and comp and we'll check the scoring.

Both live under Profile & settings in the app. Your username is visible to everyone in your comps, so pick something you're happy for your workmates and family to see.

You can delete it from within the app, or request it here: Delete my account. Everything attached to it goes within 30 days.
