The quickest way
Delete it yourself from inside the app — it's immediate and you don't have to wait on us:
- Open SkillScrum and go to Profile & settings
- Scroll to Delete account
- Confirm when prompted
If you can't get into the app — you've lost access to your email, say — use the form below instead.
What gets deleted
- Your login, email address and password
- Your username, display name and chosen club
- Your tips, win rate, round history and ladder positions
- Your membership of any comps, and any comps you created
- Anything you posted in Banter Box
It happens within 30 days of the request, and it can't be undone. Anonymous aggregate statistics that can't identify you may be kept.
Heads up: if you're the admin of a comp, deleting your account removes that comp for everyone in it. Hand it over to someone else first if the rest of your group want to keep playing.
